A Better Way to Work
The three Beaty brothers and local partners started Bay Brothers GC in Frederick, Maryland in April 2016. They wanted a company that stands behind its work, hires locally, and serves the community it calls home. Today we restore roofs, siding, windows, and gutters for homeowners and commercial property owners across Maryland and parts of Virginia.
Guided by Our Values
Do the right thing, especially when nobody is watching. That is how the work gets done: inspect the damage, document it, and restore the exterior. Our team includes HAAG-certified inspectors, installation crews, and office staff who coordinate the work from first inspection to installation day.
Our Team
You'll work out of our Frederick office on Industry Lane, with field work across Maryland and Virginia. Project managers work alongside canvassers in the field, and the office keeps scheduling and paperwork moving for the crews.
Who We Hire
We hire for work ethic and accountability first, whether you've been in construction for years or you're ready to start.
How Hiring Works
- Pick a role and apply on its page. It takes a few minutes and does not ask for a Social Security number.
- Our team reviews your application and reaches out by phone or email.
- We meet, talk about the role, and go over pay and schedule.
Find the Role That Moves You Forward
Five roles are open. Each one has its own page and its own application.
