About Bay Brothers GC
We’re a roofing and exterior restoration contractor based in Frederick, Maryland, serving homeowners and commercial property owners across Maryland and parts of Virginia.
Some people call us after a hailstorm. Others have a roof that’s due for replacement or siding they’ve wanted to update for years. Whatever brings you here, we start by looking at the property, talking through what you need, and putting the work in writing.
Still in Frederick after the storm leaves
The three Beaty brothers and local partners started Bay Brothers GC in April 2016. They wanted to build a company where they could stand behind the work, hire locally, and serve the community they called home.
Frederick is still our home. Our office is on Industry Lane, and our work takes us throughout Maryland and into Virginia.

Meet Rameesh Abrego, our general manager
Rameesh Abrego is the General Manager of Bay Brothers GC, leading the company’s day-to-day operations.
For homeowners, there’s a lot to keep track of between the first inspection and installation day. Rameesh heads a team that includes HAAG-certified inspectors, installation crews, and office staff who help coordinate that work.
Your project starts with an inspection and a written estimate. Once you decide to move forward, our team helps you choose materials, handles permit paperwork, and schedules the installation. Throughout the project, you can reach our Frederick office with questions about the work.
Roofing and exterior restoration
We handle the exterior work that often goes together on a home or commercial building:
- Roofing, including asphalt shingles, Brava composite roofing, standing-seam metal, slate, shake, and low-slope PVC, TPO, and EPDM systems.
- Siding, including CertainTeed, Mastic, and Exterior Portfolio vinyl siding, along with James Hardie fiber cement.
- Replacement windows and gutters.
- Solar installation, screen repair and replacement, and exterior painting.
We work with several manufacturers, so there’s room to choose materials that suit your property, budget, and the look you want.

What to expect from an inspection
Our inspections and initial consultations are free, with no obligation to hire us.
We use drone and in-person photos to document the property. Then we review the findings with you and prepare a written report and estimate. You’ll have the information to consider before deciding whether to move forward.
If you choose Bay Brothers, we’ll work through the material selections and project agreement, handle the permit, and schedule the installation.
For storm-damage projects, our HAAG-certified inspectors document hail and wind damage and provide a building analysis and repair estimate. Bay Brothers GC is not a public adjuster and does not interpret an insurance policy. Policy interpretation stays with your insurer or a public adjuster you hire.
