Field role

Frederick, MD office. Field work in Maryland and Virginia.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who seek to build opportunities with homeowners who qualify for hail damage on their homes. As a canvasser, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners and developing warm leads for Project Managers who will assist in providing services that include roof restoration, windows, siding, gutters, and energy solutions such as solar.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner. Reliable transportation to travel between canvassing locations. Previous experience in canvassing or sales is a plus.

In office by 2pm and in the field by 3pm. Afternoons and evenings, about 3pm to 8pm, Monday through Friday. Saturdays about 9am to 2:30pm. A project manager takes you to the area. You knock doors, log building materials in the phone app, talk to owners, send leads to your manager, and get picked up around 8pm.
